4. John2 Bellis (John H1) was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey March 7, 1797. John died December 29, 1827 Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 30 years of age.
He married Elizabeth Roberson February 2, 1822. Elizabeth was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ August 23, 1804. Elizabeth was the daughter of Francis Roberson and Mary Horner. Elizabeth died November 27, 1837 in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, at 33 years of age.

William Bodine in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, January 23, 1850. William was born about 1824. (See William Bodine for the continuation of this line.)
