1. John W¹ Bossart was born in Pennsylvania June 1846.

He married Sarah A Heckman 1875. Sarah was born in Pennsylvania August 1849. Sarah was the daughter of Daniel Heckman. In the 1900 census East Allen Twp, Northampton Co, a Danial Heckman (age 80) is living with his son-in-law John W Bossart.

John W Bossart and Sarah A Heckman had the following children:

2 i. John D² Bossart was born in Pennsylvania January 1883.

3 ii. Lizzie J Bossart was born in Pennsylvania July 1884.
