1. William E¹ Moore was born in South Dakota 1888.

He married Katherine M Godown in Baker Co, Oregon, September 4, 1910.⁽³⁷⁵⁶⁾ Kate was born in Kansas October 1886. Kate⁽³⁷⁵⁷⁾ was the daughter of Ansel Leroy Godown and Anna Maria Dixon. In the 1920 census Baker Twp, Baker Co, Oregon page 47, William (age 32), is recorded with his wife Kate (age 34), Mararise? (age 8), Maxine (age 6), William (age 3m).

In the 1930 census Portland District 489, Multnornah Co, Oregon page 102, William (age 42), is recorded with his wife Katie (age 44), Maurice (age 18), Maxine (age 16), William (age 10), and Anne Godown mother-in-law (age 76 widow). William is noted as a grocery salesman born in South Dakota. William was first married at age 23.

William E Moore and Katherine M Godown had the following children:

4 iii. William E Moore (still alive).
