140. Thomas⁶ Pursell (Isaac⁵, Dennis⁴, Thomas³, John², Unknown Parents¹ Pursellunknown) was born in Bridgeton Twp, Bucks Co, PA December 1861.

He married twice. He married Rebecca unknown 1898. Rebecca was born in Pennsylvania December 1875. He married Sybilla Breiner Bucks Co, Pennsylvania, 1905. Sybilla was born in Pennsylvania November 29, 1866. In the 1920 census Bridgeton Twp, Bucks Co PA page 3, Sybilla (age 52, widow) is recorded with her son Clarence (age 13). In the 1900 census Upper Black Eddy, Bridgeton Twp, Bucks Co PA page 61, Thomas (age 38) is recorded with his wife Rebecca (age 24) step-sons John (age 7) and William (age 6) Hunt. Thomas is an engineer and he rents his home. They have been married for two years.

In the 1910 census Upper Black Eddy, Bridgeton Twp, Bucks Co PA page 70B, Thomas (age 47) is recorded with his second wife Sybilla (age 43), daughter Gertrude (age 9), son Clarence (age 3) and step son Theodore Templeton (age 19) and step daughter Elizabeth Templeton (age 10). Thomas has the occupation of laborer in the paper mill and rents his home.

Thomas Pursell and Rebecca unknown had the following child:

179 i. Gertrude⁷ Pursell was born in Pennsylvania March 31, 1901. Gertrude died August 1983 Milford, Holland Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 82 years of age. Buried at the Milford Union Cemetery, Milford NJ She married George Washington Godown Sr in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, 1919.

George was born in Holland Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ September 09, 1899. George⁽⁴²⁴³⁾ was the son of William Henry Godown and Ellen L Hoffert. George died October 1980 Frenchtown, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 81 years of age. buried in Mt Pleasant Cemetery (See George Washington Godown Sr for the continuation of this line.)

Thomas Pursell and Sybilla Breiner had the following child:

180 ii. Clarence Pursell was born in Bridgeton Twp, Bucks Co, PA September 2, 1906. Clarence died January 1987 Upper Black Eddy, Bucks Co, PA, at 80 years of age.
