1. Noah¹ Sapp⁽⁴⁶⁴⁴⁾ was born in Mt. Vernon, Knox Co. OH August 15, 1809. Noah died May 20, 1870 in Peru, Lasalle Co, IL, at 60 years of age.

He married Eliza Jennings in Danville, Vermillion Co, IL, March 11, 1832. Eliza was born in Spring Creek, Bureau Co, IL November 5, 1811. Eliza⁽⁴⁶⁴⁵⁾ was the daughter of Lemuel Stebbins Jennings and Sophia Mandeville. Eliza died February 25, 1908 in Ottowa, Lasalle Co, IL, at 96 years of age.

Noah Sapp and Eliza Jennings had the following children:

2 i. Louisa Jane² Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL May 5, 1833. Louisa died June 21, 1833 in Bureau Co, IL, at less than one year of age.

3 ii. Mary Ann Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL September 9, 1834. She married Samuel Dean Williams in Ottowa, Lasalle Co, IL, February 22, 1855. Samuel was born about 1834.

4 iii. Sarah Ann Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL September 9, 1834. Sarah died about 1835 in Bureau Co, IL.

5 iv. Eliza Jane Sapp⁽⁴⁶⁴⁶⁾ was born in Spring Creek, Bureau Co, IL December 31, 1836. Both the 1860 and the 1880 census show he birth in CT. Eliza died October 3, 1916 Columbus, Franklin Co, OH, at 79 years of age. She married Jonathan Fallis Linton in Peru, Lasalle Co, IL, September 22, 1855. Jonathan was born in Grean Plains, Clark Co, OH December 16, 1831. Jonathan⁽⁴⁶⁴⁷⁾ was the son of Samuel Smith Linton and Mary Fallis. Jonathan died February 8, 1920 Columbus, Franklin Co, OH, at 88 years of age. Buried at the Greenlawn Cenetary Columbus Ohio. (See Jonathan Fallis Linton for the continuation of this line.)

6 v. Francis Marion Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL May 30, 1838. He married Mary Adelia Finch September 5, 1866. Mary was born November 7, 1843.

7 vi. William Jennings Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL March 10, 1840. William died February 7, 1844 Illinois, at 3 years of age.

8 vii. Solon Noah Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL August 27, 1843. Solon died September 24, 1892 at 49 years of age. He married Sarah unknown about 1867. Sarah was born about 1847.

9 viii. Cordelia Ann Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL October 23, 1845. Cordelia died December 1904 in Medina Co, Ohio, at 59 years of age. She married John J Long 1872. John was born about 1845.

10 ix. Carmelia Elvira Sapp was born in Bureau Co, IL January 3, 1848. She married George L Brotherhood 1871. George was born Illinois March 1846. i0 In the 1880 census Chicago, Cook Co, Illinois page 120, George (age 34) is recorded with Camelia (age 32). George is a painter born in Illinois.

In the 1900 census Omaha, Douglas Co, Nebraska page 20, George (age 54) is recorded with Camelia (age 52). Both were born in Illinois, have been married for 29 years and have had no children. George is noted as a painter.

11 x. Alvin Jennings Sapp was born in Peru, Lasalle Co, IL March 20, 1850.

12 xi. Edgar Soame Sapp was born in Peru, Lasalle Co, IL May 15, 1855. He married Emma Formals Illinois, February 23, 1882. Emma was born Illinois May 4, 1856.
