20. William³ Thatcher (Bartholomew², Richard¹)⁽⁵²¹⁰⁾ was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1716. William died 1803 Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 87 years of age.

He married Margaret Taylor in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, Abt 1742. They had 14 children

Margaret was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey about 1720. Margaret was the daughter of John Taylor and Sarah Tillyer.

William Thatcher and Margaret Taylor had the following children:

48 i. Martha⁴ Thatcher was born about 1745. She married James Harris. James was born about 1745.

50 iii. Elizabeth Thatcher was born in Amwell Twp, Hunterdon Co, New Jersey about 1754. She married Noah Stout in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, January 2, 1819. Noah was born in Hopewell, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1752. Noah was the son of Joseph Stout and Martha Reeder. Noah died before 1826.

51 iv. Lovina Thatcher was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey about 1755. Lovina died May 20, 1815 in Baptistown, Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co. NJ, at 59 years of age. She married John R Roberson 1781. John was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ about 1755. John was the son of Thomas Roberson and Catherine Pierce. John died about 1799. (See John R Roberson for the continuation of this line.)

52 v. Isaac James Thatcher was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey 1757. Isaac died 1839 in Columbiana Co, Ohio, at 82 years of age. He married Elizabeth unknown in New Jersey, about 1777. Elizabeth was born about 1757.

54 vii. Susannah Thatcher was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey 1759. She married Benjamin Wallace about 1825. Benjamin was born about 1759.

55 viii. Margaret Thatcher was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ January 19, 1760. Margaret died September 20, 1804 in Hampshire Co, WV, at 44 years of age. She married Daniel Taylor in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, December 27, 1778. Daniel was born February 1, 1758. Daniel died May 3, 1844 in Hampshire Co, WV, at 86 years of age.

56 ix. Sarah Thatcher was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1760. Sarah died about 1830 in Morgan Twp., Butler Co., Ohio. She married John Talkington about 1785. John was born about 1765. John died 1828 in Butler Co, PA, at 63 years of age.

57 x. Lydia Thatcher was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1762. Lydia died September 30, 1830 in Baptistown, Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co. NJ, at 68 years of age. She married Richard Hillman about 1782. Richard was born about 1760.

58 xi. William Thatcher was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1765. William died 1810 Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 45 years of age. He married Elizabeth unknown about 1785. Elizabeth was born about 1765.

+ 59 xii. Bartholomew Thatcher was born June 3, 1771.

60 xiii. Nancy Anna Thatcher was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1774. Nancy died April 29, 1815 in Baptistown, Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co. NJ, at 40 years of age. She married Nathaniel Rittenhouse in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, about 1793. Nathaniel was born Alexandria Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ July 1770. Nathaniel was the son of Benjamin William Rittenhouse and Elizabeth Fowler. Nathaniel died March 2, 1830 in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, at 59 years of age. 61 xiv. Moses Thatcher was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1787. Moses died September 17, 1825 Alexandria Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 38 years of age. He married Elizabeth Eick Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, December 20, 1823. Elizabeth was born June 8, 1784. Elizabeth was the daughter of Tunis Eick, Jr. and Susanna Taylor.
