In the 1900 census Jefferson Twp, Allen Co, Indiana page 330, Carl (age 40), is recorded with his wife of 1 year Sophia (age 23), Clara (age 12), Otto (age 10), Paulina (age 8), Christian (age 6), and Frirada? (age 8m). Also in the household is a brother-in-law Ferdinand Gallmeir (age 15). Carl is a farmer and he owns his farm with a mortgage.

Emilia died December 11, 1976 Ft Wayne, Allen Co, IN, at 80 years of age. buried at Concordia Cemetery, Lot A-21 In the 1920 census 2225 Smith Street, Ft Wayne, Wayne Twp, Allen Co Indiana page 206 Otto (age 29) is boarding with the Gustive Buuck (age 48), Margririte? (age 56), Mellia (age 24) and Gravehart (age 21). He is a locomotive fireman.

12 iv. Paulina M Wiese⁽⁵⁶⁰²⁾ was born Illinois December 29, 1892. She married Samuel H Burton in Allen Co, Indiana, April 1, 1913. Samuel was born March 31, 1890. Samuel died July 1972 Ft Wayne, Allen Co, IN, at 82 years of age.

13 v. Christian Friedrich Heinrich Wiese was born in Allen Co, Indiana January 3, 1894. Christian died March 1, 1937 Ft Wayne, Allen Co, IN, at 43 years of age. 16 viii. Erwin Friedrich Christian Heinrich Wiese⁽⁵⁶⁰⁶⁾ was born in Jefferson Twp, Allen Co, IN October 23, 1903. Erwin died April 3, 1983 in Union Lake, Michigan, at 79 years of age. He married Pauline unknown about 1926. Pauline was born February 13, 1906. (Additional notes for Pauline unknown⁽⁵⁶⁰⁷⁾) Pauline died December 1988 at 82 years of age. He was a teacher and principal for 51 years in Illinois and Michigan; retired as Asst. Superintendent of the Michigan District Lutheran Schools and was living in Centralia, IL when half-brother Christian died in 1937 and in Monroe, MI when half-brother Otto died in 1954.
