1. Jack T¹ Collins was born in Pennsylvania December 20, 1923. Jack died October 4, 1995 in Wellsville, Allegany Co, NY, at 71 years of age.

He served in the Marine Corps during World War 2. He was in the Pacific Theatre and was on the island of Guam. He was a radio and telecommunications operator and after the war he had a long employment with the telephone company. He always said that his division was scheduled for the "foot invasion" of Japan but then the US dropped the bomb on Hiroshima. Jack and Joan were married in 1943 and Jack shipped out soon after that.

Jack T Collins and Joan Fleshman had the following child:
