Arthur died September 19, 1993 Bound Brook, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 76 years of age.

He married Juanita Martha Jarreill Bound Brook, Hunterdon Co, NJ, July 09, 1937. Juanita was born in Pennsylvania April 17, 1917. Juanita died September 13, 1996 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at 79 years of age.

Arthur Bell Godown Sr and Juanita Martha Jarreill had the following children:
