260. John Peter⁵ Heckman (John⁴, Adam³, Jurg², Unknown Parents¹ Heckmanunknown) was born Easton, Northampton Co, PA September 06, 1818. John died April 18, 1891 Easton, Northampton Co, PA, at 72 years of age.

He married Caroline Blass December 30, 1848. Caroline was born in Pennsylvania November 1829. (Additional notes for Caroline Blass⁽²⁴⁴²⁾) In the 1850 census Bethlehem, Northampton page 254, John (age 31) is living with his wife Caroline (age 22).

John Peter Heckman and Caroline Blass had the following child:

337 i. Caroline⁶ Heckman was born Easton, Northampton Co, PA September 1857. She married James W Meissner 1879. James was born in Pennsylvania March 1855. (See James W Meissner for the continuation of this line.)
