242. John P⁵ Heckman (John Georg⁴, Johannes³, Jurg², Unknown Parents¹ Heckmanunknown)⁽²⁴⁴³⁾ was born Easton, Northampton Co, PA November 1824. John died about 1905.

He married twice. He married unknown about 1854. Unknown died about 1869. He married Christiana E unknown in Northampton Co., Pa, 1874. Christiana was born in Pennsylvania May 1846. (Additional notes for Christiana E unknown⁽²⁴⁴⁴⁾) In the 1870 census Upper Nazareth Twp, Northampton Co, page 466A, Christiana (age 27) is living with her children Alma, Harry and Susanna (age 1) With Susanna being only 1, I have estimated the death of her husband as 1869.

The 1900 census note that she has had 5 children and that 4 are presently living.

In the 1920 census 109 South Broad Street Nazareth Northampton, Christiana (age 73) is living with her sister Ellen Haupt. In the 1870 census Hecktown, Lower Nazareth Twp Northampton Co, page 251A, John (age 46) is living with his children Allen, Ida and John with a domestic servant of Carolyn Bufe (age 18). John is listed as a Farmer with Real Estate value of $18,000 and property value of $2,760. John's wife is not listed so I assume she is no longer alive.

In the 1880 census Lower Nazareth Twp Northampton Co PA page 114, John (age 57) is living with his wife Christiana (age 37), Ada (age 16) John (age 11) and Henry (age 3) and step daughter Susanna Santee (age 11). John is a day laborer and all were born in PA.

In the 1890 census John and family are living in Lower Nazareth Twp, Northampton Co, PA.

In the 1900 census Lower Nazareth Northampton, John (age 75) is living with his wife Christiana (age 54) and two children Ida and Henry.

John P Heckman and unknown had the following children:

+ 328 i. Allen S⁶ Heckman was born 1855.

329 ii. Ida E Heckman⁽²⁴⁴⁵⁾ was born in L. Nazareth Twp., Northampton Co., Pa January 1863. In the 1870 census the age placed the birth date at 1867.

+ 330 iii. John D Heckman was born October 1868.

John P Heckman and Christiana E unknown had the following child:

331 iv. Henry R Heckman⁽²⁴⁴⁶⁾ was born in Lower Nazareth, Northampton Co, PA July 1877. He married Camilla E Laudenbach. Camilla was born in Pennsylvania 1877. Camilla was the daughter of unknown Laudenbach and Emma E unknown. In the 1910 census Northampton Co Pa, Henry (age 33) is lisving with his wife Cormmilla (age 33) and mother-in-law Emma Laudenbach (age 56).
